First, I would like to thank Patrick Presseault for all of his assistance in helping me buy my first condo on my own. I am not very knowledgeable about the process and his attention to detail was great, along with letting me know the next steps. He also provided information about inspection and notaries which was useful. Patrick has been available for showing me different places, doing the paperwork, and answering calls/emails. It has been a great process so far on my own and I couldn't have done it without him. Thank you so much, Patrick!!
